Whedon is clearly a supporter of Feminism in all of his shows. His portrayal of sexy, but strong female characters clearly displays that. I think parts of Dollhouse could be seen as anti-feministic, but I think the show eventually would’ve proven those situations and characters (read: the bad guys!) wrong.
